The Eric Andre Showwith co-host Hannibal BuressChris GarciaStroy MoydMain AttrakionzEric Andre Following the wildly popular television debut of Adult Swim's The Eric Andre Show, the alternative-variety show takes its DIY brand of late night entertainment and punk-rock comedy live on the road. Just like on TV, each spontaneous performance will include musical guests, real and fake celebrity appearances, and all of the demented antics you have come to expect. The Eric Andre Show may be the most manic and unorthodox late night talk show ever made. The show's traditional talk show format quickly devolves into chaos as its inept and bipolar host Eric Andre (Don't Trust the B In Apt 23) subverts all late-night conventions.Taking place on a dingy public-access TV channel within an alternate reality, The Eric Andre Show creates its own distorted pop culture universe by conducting interviews with an unpredictable mix of actual celebrities, "fake" celebrities and extreme real-life weirdos. These interviews are broken up with deranged man-on-the-street segments, surreal flashes of inexplicable studio chaos, talk show desk-pieces and the general deconstruction of late night's most beloved tropes in every quarter hour episode. The Eric Andre Show, produced by Abso Lutely and Executive Produced by Eric Andre, Daniel Weidenfeld (China, IL), Dave Kneebone (Tim & Eric Awesome Show, Great Job!), Andrew Barchilon, and Kitao Sakurai, airs every Sunday at 12:30am (ET/PT) on Adult Swim.Originally from Boca Raton, Florida, Eric Andr now lives in Los Angeles by way of New York and performs live almost every night of the week. Andre brings a manic energy to the stage, combining autobiographical experiences, politics, and experimental psychedelic rambling. He has been doing stand up and sketch comedy in New York and Los Angeles since 2004, but began his career in Boston while attending Berklee College of Music. co-host Hannibal BuressHannibal Buress is a stand up comedian from Chicago. He current resides in New York City and he eats lots of Halal food from street carts. Its delicious. When he's not writing for Saturday Night Live or opening for Les Savy Fav, hes appearing on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Comics Unleashed with Byron Allen, and Comedy Centrals Live at Gotham. Hell also be appearing in the upcoming documentary The Awkward Kings of Comedy. "Buress tackles his subjects with surgical precision, claiming a patch of turn halfway between droll and sublime." Chris GarciaChris Garcia is a comedian and writer based in San Francisco, California. He is an alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley where he studied creative writing, improvisational theater, and disappointing his extremely conservative Cuban parents.Chris is the recipient of the 2010 Dan Crawford Memorial Scholarship, an annual honor given to the San Francisco Punchline Comedy Clubs comedian of the year. Stroy MoydStroy began blazing open mics at the age of 16 and hasnt looked back since. Stroy is a three-time winner of the Fresh Faces Comedy Competition at the world famous Laugh Factory in Hollywood. Main AttrakionzHailing from North Oakland, California, Squadda B and Mondre of Main Attrakionz have been rapping together for most of their young lives. Early on, a shared love of rap music led them to put school on the back-burner and focus on producing music with a talented crew of local artists. Over the ensuing 7+ years, (and with an added assist from the world wide web and social media) Main Attrakionz have cultivated a unique and passionate sound, combining opaque atmospherics and lived-in reality rhymes, that stands as one of the most interesting and refreshing in the crowded and fractured world of today's rap underground.Squadda B, who doubles as both producer and rapper, has an instantly identifiable production style that draws from regional rap styles like hyphy and mobb music in the Bay Area, Memphis mixtape obfuscation and the NYC street rap of C-N-N, but also maintains pop accessibility through his use of booming 808s and melodic, floating vocal clips. Simply put: this music sounds like nothing else out right now. Their collaborations with like-minded artists such as Lil B, Clams Casino, and Shady Blaze have only added to post-digital sonics Main Attrakionz have cultivated over the last 2 years.A relentless stream of solo and collaborative releases in 2011, including I Smoke Because I Don't Care About Death, The Shady Bambino Project, Dope Since '91, and their most definitive statement to-date, 808s and Dark Grapes II, have turned heads not only among those on with an Internet connection and an interest in rap music, but have landed them acclaim from publications such as Pitchfork, The NY Times, Complex Magazine, The Fader, SPIN, and Fact Magazine. As the year winds down, Main Attrakionz have a couple of surprises still up their sleeves before turning their focus towards a debut LP, set for release in 2012.
