Pierce FultonPierce Fultons love for music was apparent in the earliest days of his childhood. He was labeled somewhat of a prodigy and mastered every instrument he could get his hands on. Born with a guitar in his hands, Pierce has remained an avid musician his entire life. Throughout the years, Pierce has been on a never-ending journey of musical discovery. He has listened to everything: classic rock, reggae, metal, classical, house, trance, IDM. You name the genre and Pierce can tell you exactly when he went through a phase and loved it. He has played in rock bands, reggae bands, metal bands, and school orchestras. With such an expansive and passionate background in music, Pierce is able to pull from a huge spectrum of sound and influence in his productions. With diversity of sound as his muse, Pierce recently crashed onto the international scene with his debut release on UK based Cr2 Records Pardon My French. Featured on Above & Beyonds Trance Around The World, EDXs radio show No Xcuses, and Andi Durrants Capital FM, the EP performed extremely well on Beatport and iTunes. The release as a whole climbed to the number 2 position in the Beatport Top 100 electro house releases and the individual tracks placed in their respective genre Top 100 chart. It also reached #89 on the US iTunes dance chart in a matter of days. Highly acclaimed and massively hyped in the digital sphere, Pardon My French, is but the first of a number of exciting things in the Pierce Fulton pipeline for 2012 and beyond. Before Pardon My French Pierce saw success with a number of different remixes. I Aint Stoppin was the subject of massive internet buzz and performed well on Beatport. The track also saw support from Max Vangeli, Ian Carey, Bob Sinclar, Tristan Garner, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, and D.O.N.S. Following the success of I Aint Stoppin Pierce put out two unofficial remixes: Please Dont Go, by Mike Posner and Coming Home by Diddy and Dirty Money. Please Dont Go was featured on SiriusXMs BPM and both tracks were enormously successful in the blogosphere.Pierce is considered to be one of the hugely talented Nu Skool producers making a huge impact on the dance scene. Pierces recent remix of the MTV Ibiza backed Dont Be Afraid by MYNC, Ron Carroll & Dan Castro introduced a whole new wave of hype for the young up-and-comer. Mark Brown, Cr2 owner, was one of the first to sign records from young Eric Prydz and Steve Angello before they became global superstars. With his full support, you can expect big things from Pierce in the months and years to come. Pierces original productions and remixes have most recently been featured by MYNC on the Cr2 Live & Direct radio show. The show is played for over 1.7 million weekly listeners and ensures continued widespread coverage for the whiz-kid.
