Your application must be received before 9pm to be reviewed for events on the same day. Upon completion of this form you will automatically be added to the guestlist, be sure to make it down to Level Nightclubs door by 11:30pm , after that time you take your own chances or wait in line.

Guest list is reduced to $10 until 11:30pm ($15 otherwise), and also provides line bypass.
