LAVO is what we appropriately like to describe as one of Las Vegas’ newest “intimate nightclubs,” a high-end venue that nicely fits somewhere in between the large mega-club and the smaller lounges that are so prevalent throughout the Vegas nightlife scene. Consider it the best of both worlds. By visiting LAVO, you will enjoy most everything that people visit a Las Vegas nightclub for (the great vibe, good music, dancefloor, chance celebrity encounters, drinks, and, of course, plenty of good looking women dancing on the furniture), but typically won’t have to deal with the headaches of the long lines, packed bars, and over-crowded spaces that you often find at a larger nightclub. This intimate yet wild party atmosphere means VIP service and treatment all night long so dress to impress and get ready for a night of celebrating and dancing to world class DJs and incredible music. For the best of the best in service, fun, and partying Lavo is 'where to go' in Las Vegas.
Modeled after the ancient European bathhouses, LAVO is the latest “concept” creation from the visionary team that brought us Tao Nightclub and Tao Beach. During your time at LAVO, expect to run across any number of theme-inspired surprises like midgets fanning models, genuine ancient Turkish decorations, human candelabras, and Tao Nightclub’s signature models bathing in bathtubs.
Insider Tips for Lavo
When ordering a drink at LAVO’s upstairs bar, you might want to work your way towards the back corner of the bar as this area seems to be much easier to get the bartender’s attention.
If you don’t mind running down the stairs real quick, often times when you order drinks from the bar inside LAVO’s downstairs lounge you will find that
LAVO offers the only Hookah service on the Strip, and will provide you a Hookah, table on their terrace, and an excellent view of Las Vegas Blvd (the Strip) for under $100.
Due to the size of the nightclub, you won’t find a “bad” table location inside LAVO.
Did you know?
LAVO’s total build cost (per sq ft) was twice that of Tao Nightclub. It is worth pointing out that Tao Nightclub was listed as the most profitable restaurant / nightclub in the world in 2007.
There is a bench in the nightclub portion of LAVO that was a personal gift from the King of Turkey to the King of Morocco. You can sit on it.
Speaking of the King of Morocco, many of the decoration pieces throughout LAVO’s lounge were created by Moroccan manufacturers who work exclusively for the Moroccan Royal family. They now work exclusively for the Moroccan Royal family and for LAVO.
