Located at 199 Bowery, adjacent to the termination of Spring Street, BLVD features a world-class restaurant, café, nightclub, event space, live music venue and recording studio, all within one bi-level complex. Noted for it's stunning high-tech computer controlled creative lighting and state-of-the-art sound installations that bring both warmth and exitement to the spaces inside, each area of the complex is crafted to support the best in dining, events and entertainment.


GRAND BAR & MAIN ROOM
The main area of BLVD provides a comfortable and spacious lounge and ultra-premium bar where guests can meet and mingle for a pre-dinner drink, or to spend an entire evening. The arched 45 foot glazed-oak bar with tile and mirrored back ensure that guests can order drinks with ease.

THE NIGHTCLUB
This high-energy nightclub boasts over 10,000 watts of state-of-the-art sound and exotic lighting for the ultimate experience in dancing and socializing. Equipped with a technologically advanced DJ booth, and over 1,500 sq. ft. of floor space, the room is already a favorite with the upscale list parties in the city. With a capacity of several hundred, it has become a target destination for many weekend crowds.


VIP & PRIVATE FUNCTION
With the capacity to handle parties from 20 up to 1,200, the decadent private rooms in the rear of the venue, are the perfect spot for private parties and catered events alike. Designed with opulence and soft glowing circular cieling treatments, the VIP room can be reserved separately or together with the main party room for larger parties. The room features a dedicated staff and bar, restroom, DJ Booth and private entrance.

CRASH MANSION @ BLVD
This live music and private party venue underneath BLVD boasts a state of the art sound system and soon to be installed recording studio. Accommodating 300 people seated (1,200 cocktail style) the venue is perfect for record release parties and other industry events. Crash Mansion @ BLVD has already made a name for itself among local and seasoned musicians since its opening night with Norah Jones in December 2003. Warm lighting and exposed stonework walls bring an intimate feel to this large venue.
